Derek’s manner of teaching and knowledge has had a tremendous impact on the community and has made it possible for our DFC grant to reach its main goal of reducing the level of underage drinking violations in our community.

Marchman’s alcohol programs were a vast improvement from the prior team consisting of lawyers to convey a messaged that was understood by the participants at a lower cost and increased our compliance rate to an average of 96%.
